Note: Fergus Graham was a self taught artist and career soldier - serving in the Grenadier Guards. During the 1920's and 30's he was given solo exhibitions at The Redfern Gallery and the Lefevre Gallery in London. These proved very successful and encouraged Graham to focus exclusively on painting. He went on to develop an interest in surrealism. His greatest strength was his profound understanding of line.
