Note: Tam Giles- British Constructivist,Born 1930, studied under Joaquín Torres García at Montevideo, Uruguay and later at the Corcoran School of the Art, Washington DC. After returning to England she became the head of the Abstract and Experimental Department at Central Saint Martins school of art where she heavily influenced the young Hassan Sharif. She later formed Countervail: with Natalie Dower, Jean Spencer and Susan Tebby, an all female Constructivist exhibiting group.
