Provenance
The Artist's Estate
Note: Fergus Graham was a self taught artist and career soldier - serving in the Grenadier Guards. During the 1920's and 30's he was given solo exhibitions at The Redfern Gallery, the Lefevre Gallery and Colnaghi in London. These proved very successful and encouraged Graham to focus exclusively on painting. He went on to develop a serious interest in surrealism and his greatest strength proved to be his profound understanding of line.
